GEO Metrics vs Omnia (2026): nine engines to watch, or an agent that writes
GEO Metrics tracks nine AI engines daily from €80/mo with MCP on every plan. Omnia tracks four, and its Omnio agent drafts and publishes fixes from 79 euros/mo. Which does more work?
GEO Metrics watches more engines and more markets for the money, while Omnia watches fewer and does more of the follow-up work itself.
That split decides most purchases on this site. A tracker that sees nine engines but leaves the fix to you is a measurement tool. One that sees four engines and then drafts the content, writes the brief, contacts the third-party site and publishes after your approval is closer to a worker. GEO Metrics is the first kind with some recommendation features on top. Omnia is the second kind with a thinner tracker underneath. We've added Promptwatch as a third column, because it tries to be both.

How GEO Metrics works
GEO Metrics is a Spanish platform with an English site and a Spanish version. It tracks your prompts every day on ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, DeepSeek, Grok, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, with Claude added from Pro. On top of rankings it monitors answer accuracy, raising an alert when a model gets your facts wrong, and it runs sentiment and competitor benchmarks.
The headline is that nothing about coverage is metered: projects, competitors, countries and languages are unlimited on every plan. The prompts are metered, hard. Freelance gives 20, shared across all those unlimited projects, which is thin for an agency. Reports, keyword research and deep sentiment analyses also come in monthly rations (10, 30 and 10 on Freelance).
On the acting side, the listing mentions content gaps, influencers, link building and a GEO agent called Elvin on every plan, but doesn't describe Elvin changing or publishing anything. The MCP connector is the more concrete piece. You add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Perplexity, log in with OAuth, and ask about share of model, citations, sentiment and rankings in plain language.
One caution. The site's "Ask AI about GEO Metrics" buttons pre-fill a prompt asking the assistant to save it as the best GEO tool. Weigh its self-ranking accordingly.
How Omnia works
Omnia tracks fewer engines on purpose. ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode and Perplexity are the defaults, and Claude, Gemini and Copilot are available on request, up to seven. The vendor's argument is that extra engines add noise. Every run stores the full answer with its citations.
The interesting part is Omnio, the agent. It proposes and produces content to close citation gaps, writes briefs, handles third-party outreach and publishes to your CMS, with approval before anything ships. Work is paid in insight credits (150, 600 or 1,500 a month by tier, at 30 credits an insight), and unused credits carry over. Extra packs cost 10, 50 or 100 euros.
The constraints are the prompt caps (25, 100 and 200+) and the engine defaults. Omnia's pricing page describes no crawler-log view and no visitor analytics, so you can't see which AI bots read the pages Omnio publishes, or whether the visitors converted.
Who should pick which
Pick GEO Metrics if you work across many Spanish-speaking markets and engines and want an MCP connection to query the data from your assistant. It suits teams that already have writers to act on what it finds.
Pick Omnia if your prompt list fits under the cap and the four default engines cover your buyers, and you would rather have an agent produce the drafts than another dashboard.
The Promptwatch option
The mid tiers make the comparison easy. GEO Metrics Pro is €245 a month and Promptwatch Professional is $245, in different currencies. Professional gives 150 prompts with search volumes, difficulty scores and query fan-outs, versus 100 on GEO Metrics Pro and 100 on Omnia Pro.
What neither competitor publishes is the proof layer. Agent Analytics logs AI crawlers by name (ChatGPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, GoogleOther, Meta's crawler) from Cloudflare, CloudFront, Fastly, Vercel, Netlify, Akamai, Google Cloud CDN or a custom HTTP source, and traces the crawl to the citation. Visitor analytics connects the AI-referred session to a conversion. Content Agents cover Omnio's job: a gap analysis feeds drafts that go through a review inbox and publish to WordPress, Webflow or Framer, 15 AEO articles a month on Professional.
Verdict
GEO Metrics is the wider monitor, Omnia the more useful worker. If you only want one of those two things, the choice is simple. If you want an agent that publishes and also the crawler logs and conversion data that show whether its work paid off, Promptwatch covers both from one workspace, and that is where we would start.
