Promptwatch vs Relixir vs Seorav vs Sightivo (2026)

Four track-and-act AI search platforms compared for 2026: what each one monitors, how it diagnoses gaps, what it publishes, and how you verify results.

A year ago most AI visibility tools stopped at the dashboard. Now a wave of products promises to track your brand in AI answers and then do something about it: write the missing article, publish it, pitch the author who keeps getting cited. Promptwatch, Relixir, SEORav, and Sightivo all sell some version of that promise. If you are a founder, a small marketing team, or a B2B content lead who wants one tool to both watch and act, these four tend to end up on the same shortlist.

The promise is identical across the four. What differs is how thick each layer is. A tool that tracks 20 prompts a month on three engines and then drafts 80 articles is doing a lot of acting on very little evidence. So this comparison scores each tool on the full loop we use across the site. Monitor: how many engines and prompts, and how often. Diagnose: can it explain why a competitor is cited and whether crawlers read your pages? Act: does it write and publish, or only draft? Verify: can you confirm the work led to crawls, citations, and visits?

Facts for Relixir, SEORav, and Sightivo come from their entries in our directory. If an entry does not cover something, we write "Not published."

Promptwatch

Promptwatch has the deepest monitoring layer of the four. Prompt tracking covers ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, Llama, DeepSeek, Mistral, Copilot, Google AI Overviews, and AI Mode, with a daily refresh on every paid brand plan. Each prompt carries search volume, a difficulty score, and query fan-outs. Essential tracks 50 prompts, Professional 150, Business 350, and agency plans are unlimited.

Diagnosis has two parts. Citation analytics break down which pages and domains get cited, including Reddit threads, YouTube videos, and offsite mentions, with trends over time. Agent Analytics reads your AI crawler logs for ChatGPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, GoogleOther, and the Meta AI crawler, and traces the path from crawl to citation, errors included. Crawler logs start on Professional ($245 a month, 25M logs) and are not part of Essential.

Content Agents handle the action. They plan from a content gap analysis, write the article, and publish to WordPress (through an official plugin with a sync token), Webflow, or Framer, after a review inbox where you approve or reject each draft. Framer has no per-item publish, so going live redeploys the whole Framer site. Allowances are 5 AEO articles on Essential, 15 on Professional, and 30 on Business. Unified Actions turns all of this into one AI-generated to-do list.

For verification, visitor analytics attribute AI-referred traffic to conversions through a small script or GTM template.

Explore is free (10 prompts, ChatGPT only). Essential is $95 a month with a 7-day trial, Professional $245, Business $579, and agency Kick-off $199 with a 7-day trial.

Relixir

Relixir sells Rex, a forward-deployed agent. It monitors ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews, then writes, refreshes, and publishes GEO content through your CMS. The entry lists citation and sentiment tracking, JSON-LD in generated content, scheduled refreshes every 30 to 60 days, deep research agents for topic gaps, technical site audits, and automated backlink outreach. Listed integrations are Webflow, WordPress, Contentful, Framer, Google Search Console, GA4, and Slack.

"Forward-deployed" means Relixir's team configures Rex for you, so this is partly a services engagement. Pricing is a single Custom card. The docs list credit costs per operation (10 credits per draft, 1 per refresh, 5 per topic, 0.25 per page scan, with pay-as-you-go overage) but no dollar price per credit. Older third-party figures conflict with each other, so ignore them until Relixir publishes a price.

On the loop, Relixir acts more than most: it publishes and refreshes on its own. Monitoring covers four surfaces, and the entry documents no AI crawler-log product and no visitor analytics tying AI referrals to conversions.

SEORav

SEORav is a content engine built around a published scoring spec. You give it a URL, it reads 30 to 50 of your pages to build a brand-voice profile, runs a 9-stage strategy pipeline into a 30-day calendar, writes each article, and scores it against 22 fixed signals before publishing. Native adapters publish to Webflow, Ghost, WordPress, and HubSpot, and a webhook covers anything else. After publishing, a verifier re-fetches the live page to confirm it went up with its schema, and connection health is checked every six hours.

The tracking side is light. SEORav checks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini weekly on your top 20 target keywords and records which of your articles get cited. Its own site contradicts itself on engines (one FAQ names six, another four) and on price (one answer quotes pounds, another dollars). Pricing read on 15 October 2026 was $99 a month for Solopreneur (one site) and from $500 a month for Agency (10 client sites), plus a done-for-you option with no published price. The 7-day trial needs a card, content is English only, and by its own account the company is brand new with no customers yet.

The post-publish verifier is a real verify step for "did the page go live correctly." It does not cover crawler logs or AI-referred conversions, and neither appears on the entry.

Sightivo

Sightivo is closer to an outreach and content assistant with a tracker attached. It tracks ChatGPT, Claude, and Google AI Overviews, then turns gaps into ranked recommendations: a page to write, a prompt gap to close, or an author or publication to pitch. Each recommendation comes with drafted copy or a drafted email, author contact details from its enrichment, and a sending inbox that mails from your own domain. An Opportunity Map lists places to get mentioned, and you can import Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz data if you have it.

Plans read on 15 October 2026: Solo at $99 a month (80 recommendations, 2 projects, 20 prompt checks, 25 articles, 60 email drafts), Indie at $199 (200 recommendations, 4 projects, 60 prompt checks, 45 articles, 100 email drafts), and Studio at $399 (600 recommendations, 10 projects, 100 prompt checks, 80 articles, 160 email drafts). Seats are unlimited, billing is month to month, and the 7-day trial asks for a card.

The off-site outreach angle is genuinely useful, since a lot of AI citations come from third-party lists. But one prompt check is one prompt run once, so 20 checks a month will not show a trend. No CMS publishing is described; articles arrive as drafts.

Who should pick which

Relixir suits a B2B team on Webflow, WordPress, Contentful, or Framer that wants an agent set up by the vendor and is fine taking a sales call to learn the bill.

SEORav is worth testing for a solo founder or a small agency that likes a transparent scoring spec and publishing to Ghost or HubSpot. Treat it as an experiment while the vendor is this new, and do not run a measurement program on 20 weekly keywords.

Sightivo makes sense if your gap is off-site: you want to get mentioned on the publications AI already cites, and you will handle publishing yourself.

Promptwatch is the one for teams that want the acting to rest on enough data to trust, and a way to prove afterwards that it worked.

Our recommendation

Every tool here can produce content. The difference is whether you can tell which content to produce and whether it paid off. Promptwatch is the one we would trial first. Content Agents start from a content gap analysis over daily multi-engine prompt data, send each draft through a review inbox, and publish to WordPress, Webflow, or Framer. Citation analytics show exactly which domains, Reddit threads, and YouTube videos the engines cite, which is also the best target list if you plan Sightivo-style outreach. Agent Analytics crawler logs confirm that AI bots reached the new page, and visitor analytics with conversions show whether the citations turned into visits that converted. Try Essential free for 7 days, then step up to Professional for the crawler logs at Promptwatch.
